Shipping

UK Shipping (Tracked)

We charge a flat rate of £5.99 per order.

We make-on-demand so please allow 5 - 7 working days for us to process and pack your order. Once processed they will be shipped for delivery.

 

International Shipping (Tracked)

Europe - £16.99 per order

Rest of the World - £23.99 per order

We make-on-demand so please allow 7 - 10 working days for us to process and pack your order. Once processed they will be shipped for delivery.

 

Customs and Duties Information (International Orders)

Any outstanding import duties, clearance or brokerage fees, and any other additional charges must be paid on delivery of your order. Nanook 23 can not predict what these charges may be as they vary from one country to another and could change at any time. Customs taxes are the full responsibility of the customer to clear for delivery. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Returns

Wrong Size

Items returned due to wrong size must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. We strongly encourage checking out our size guides on each product page before making your purchase.

We don’t currently offer an exchange service however you can still return your item then purchase a different size as a new order. 

STOCK SIZES - SOME MAY NOT BE INSTANTLY AVAILABLE, WE WILL OFFER ALTERNATIVE OR GIVE A TIMELINE ON AVAILABILITY DATES - THIS WILL LIKELY EXCEED THE NOTED DATE OF DELIVERY

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

At Nanook 23, we take pride in the quality of our clothing and ensure that every item is quality checked several times before they are dispatched; however, should you receive a damaged or faulty item, it must be returned to us within 30 days to be inspected.

 

Gift Cards & Sale Items

Unfortunately we can’t accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

 

Arranging your return

If you would like to organise a return or exchange please complete our returns form with your order number. We will then provide you with the returns address and details.

Items sent back to us without first completing our returns form will not be accepted.

Please do not return your items to our registered company address, deliveries to this address will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Postage

Unfortunately, we can’t offer free returns as being an independent brand we simply don’t have the available margin to offer this. As we grow, we’ll certainly look to offer free returns in the future.

Please ensure you keep proof of postage, you will need to email a copy of this to us so we can action your refund. All items sent back must be unworn and in original packaging with labels or tags attached (if applicable).

 

Refunds

Refunds will be actioned once we’ve received and checked your returned item or proof of postage, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. We will refund for the returned item only, excluding original shipping costs. It can take up to 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
